Having replaced the battery on my Focus, them found that there was no radio code in any of the original sales documentation. Ford wanted £20 to get the code, which considering they had not supplied in the first place is a cheek. Once I found the serial no. then went on line to ASW and typed in the no. got a reply within a few seconds. Went out to the car inserted the code and bingo. Excellent service and for a quarter of the price. Well done. Thanks

Thank you VERY much. My car had to have its battery replaced at the last service, and despite making sure I had all the original paperwork which included the radio code, it just didn't work. It seems the previous owner to me had replaced his radio and not noted the new code.I travel from Fife to Glasgow for work on a regular basis, and the 2 hour journey with rush hour jams was becoming excruciating without and music to listen to -- or traffic reports to help me avoid the bad areas.Thanks once again for this valuable service. I now have music in my car!.
