Having replaced the battery on my Focus, them found that there was no radio code in any of the original sales documentation. Ford wanted £20 to get the code, which considering they had not supplied in the first place is a cheek. Once I found the serial no. then went on line to ASW and typed in the no. got a reply within a few seconds. Went out to the car inserted the code and bingo. Excellent service and for a quarter of the price. Well done. Thanks

hi just quick thank you note,the code you supplied worked perfectly.the radio was sold as having a code,but was given as 1707 as you know codes only contain numbers 1-6 so there is no way of inputting a 0 or 7. also the radio was on an error 6 message,so I only had one entry attempt available. if I got it wrong the unit would lock up.best regards. Just to say cheers, I purchased the code for my car stereo, after payment was received, I was supplied with the code I already had!! but upon reading more carefully I found that your help section supplied me with the info to enter the code,(numbers higher than 6 etc..), the manual doesn't seem to explain this so I am grateful for your help.All the best.
