Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions ("Conditions") the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:-

The Customer, you, your: means you, the customer, who buys the Products from ASW Solutions (UK) Ltd.
Radio-Code, Our and We: means ASW Solutions (UK) Ltd.
The Products: means the products supplied by ASW Solutions (UK) Ltd to the Customer
The Web Site: means the web site

Use of Website

By entering this Site, you acknowledge and agree that the use of this Site is at your own risk and to the extent permissible by applicable law, in no circumstances, including (but not limited to) negligence, shall We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, costs or expenses nor for any loss of profit that results from the use of, or inability to use this Site or any material on any site linked to this Site (including but not limited to any viruses or any other errors or defects or failures in computer transmissions or network communications) even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In addition, no liability can be accepted by Us in respect of any changes made to the content of this Site by unauthorised third parties. All express or implied warranties or representations are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Any goods displayed or provided on this Site are done so on an "as is" and "if available" basis and ASW Solutions (UK) Ltd expressly excludes any warranties, conditions, representations or other terms with respect to this Site or the content or goods displayed on it, whether express or implied, unless expressly stated to the contrary.

This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

Receipt of Digital Goods

Our website provides digital goods, these will be emailed to either the email address supplied by yourself, or the verified email address from PayPal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and that you are able to receive emails from

You are also responsible for ensuring that you check any spam / junk email folders for your radio code since these are beyond the control of ASW Solutions (UK) Ltd.

However, if you do not receive your order, we can re-provide it for you free of charge either by contacting us or by taking advantage of our free online order-recovery service.

We also provide 'instant' codes on-screen immediately after placing your order, however in the event of a system error, we request that you first check your email to see if the email copy has been sent, failing that please contact us to resolve the issue for you.

General Information

All of the radio codes we supply are guaranteed to be the original code your radio was manufactured with as long as the information provided at the time of your order is 100% accurate.
A single incorrect digit in the serial number will result in an incorrect code due to the fact that each radio's serial is unique to that unit. At the time of manufacture, serial numbers are generated incrementally, i.e

Guarantee: Instant Codes

The following selection of radio codes from our website are covered by our Instant Code Guarantee.
Under this guarantee, if a code fails to work and after verifying the details where correct, we will either issue you with a FREE replacement code as long as it is available from our system, or issue you with a full refund subject to verifying the details.

It is important to note, All codes supplied for these radios are 100% guaranteed original codes your car radio left the factory with, the only reason for a code to not work would be purely that it had previously been decoded, recoded, reprogrammed, repaired or that you supplied the wrong information.

To be eligible for our 7 day money back guarantee, we will require you to first confirm your radio's details so we can manually check the supplied code for accuracy.

Guarantee: Manually Processed Codes

The premium codes such as those listed below are not eligible for our money back guarantee due to the codes being supplied directly from the radio manufacturer. They do however come with our Workshop Decoding Guarantee, where you can send your radio to our workshop for physical decoding.

If we provide a radio code for one of the above and it does not work, you are entitled to send it into us for reprogramming in our workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any alternative even if you decide that you do not wish to take advantage of our workshop service. Under no circumstances are we able to issue you a refund.

If you supply an incorrect serial number and later realise / correct this information, we may be able to replace the code free of charge, however this is at the sole discretion of the radio manufacturers. If they choose not to replace the code, we have no choice but to offer you the ability to re-order, or send the radio into us for re-coding.

If a mistake has been made with the serial number, we will re-code your radio free of charge via our workshop, however will require you to cover the return postage fees before we are able to return the radio. Return postage fees are wavered if the serial number you supplied was correct and the code failed to operate the radio.

To take advantage of our workshop service, please contact our support team to notify us that you will be sending the unit in after verifying the information, we will let you know to proceed.

Any radios arriving for decoding without first verifying the serial number may be subject to charges, so please contact us using the methods available on our website before proceeding to send in your radio. Its suprising how many times we find a radio did not require sending in to us, instead could have been sorted out by double checking the supplied serial.

Damages Whilst In Transit

If you are required to send in your radio for decoding, we respectfully request that you ensure your radio is sufficiently packaged for transit. We will accept no liability nor responsibility for damages whilst your radio is in transit, regardless of the service provider.. You may be able to make a claim directly with the transit provider and we will do our best to assist with this where possible, however prevention is far better.. package the radio so it has sufficient padding around the edges (especially the front) and so it does not move around inside the packaging. A bubble wrap envelope is NOT sufficient.
