To whom it may concern - Just want to thank you for obtaining me the code for my Citroen. After speaking to one of your advisors, I was also provided alternative codes for my radio, as I could not read the last digit properly. I provided the original request from the SN and with this I was unable to input my code, so after checking again with the serial number, I was then prompted with an alternative code. After waiting for the radio to re-set itself, I was then able to have another go of inputting the alternative code. From this, I am now able to listen to my music in the car. Thank you VERY much. My car had to have its battery replaced at the last service, and despite making sure I had all the original paperwork which included the radio code, it just didn't work. It seems the previous owner to me had replaced his radio and not noted the new code. I travel from Fife to Glasgow for work on a regular basis, and the 2 hour journey with rush hour jams was becoming excruciating without and music to listen to -- or traffic reports to help me avoid the bad areas.
