Having completely fluffed entering the code I received on line (wrong serial no. given by myself and wrong method of entry to boot) I gave your office a call expecting the usual computer says no... it's against our t&c's etc. regarding changes to info supplied on line so you'll have to purchase another code. Instead I received a very refreshingly polite & down to earth response along with additional advice on code entry method for my radio model. All sorted in less than 5 minutes! In my line of work I spend a lot of time dealing with call centres etc. If only I could I'd send you a list of them to go in and show them how it's done!
