Further information on decoding your BMW car radio.

Using our BMW stereo decoding system, you are not only saving money, but also time and the hassle which is involved. Most vehicle main dealers require you to book in your vehicle and take the car and proof of ownership along before they apply for the radio code.
Usually the code will be based on your vehicle registration or Chassis number which can mean you are not getting the code for the current unit fitted to the car, especially if the radio has been replaced at any stage in its lifetime.

There are a number of reasons why a radio code based on the vehicles chassis number or registration may not work, these include:

At Radio-Code, we provide stereo codes based on the unique serial number of the car radio, regardless of what it was fitted to originally.  Our stereo codes have proven to be more accurate than main dealer's because of this.

Hi I was sceptical about this working on my Vauxhall CDR 300 but I have to say it worked perfect. Even the code given to me by the main dealer didn't work but I guess that is because it says 'radio code 6184' and the bit that says 'cd code is blank'. I think it must have had this unit fitted as an upgrade. Anyway it worked so great stuff and thank you!. Keith

Many thanks for the really prompt reply. It worked! I am so chuffed. Vauxhall wanted more than twice the amount you charge. It's funny, but it's the people who cost so much more than you that say to steer clear of websites such as yours. Well, all I can say is that I'm glad I gave it a go for the sake of L9. The after-sales help was invaluable and topped of a great service. Long may you continue and succeed.. Phil Joel
