do not take the serial from a user guideNever take the serial number from any printed paperwork or user guides, since this may not match the actual Becker radio fitted to the car.  Instead, take the serial number from either a label or an engraving on the top or side of your Becker stereo, to ensure the supplied Becker radio code is accurate.

Additional information about Becker radio codes and decoding

Using our Becker radio code service, you will not only be saving yourself money, but also the additional time which can be involved in trying to get your code from a vehicle main dealer. To whom it may concern - Just want to thank you for obtaining me the code for my Citroen. After speaking to one of your advisors, I was also provided alternative codes for my radio, as I could not read the last digit properly. I provided the original request from the SN and with this I was unable to input my code, so after checking again with the serial number, I was then prompted with an alternative code. After waiting for the radio to re-set itself, I was then able to have another go of inputting the alternative code. From this, I am now able to listen to my music in the car. Thanks a lot SWS for the understanding of lost codes for us car users around the UK Regards Jay.. Jay.
