Below are the instructions we hold for entering the code into your Philips DC449/72L car radio.

Code Entry Instructions
Turning on the unit the display will show 'CODE'.
Press the '1' key, the display will change to '0 .. .. .. '
Enter the code using the band up/down keys, press pre-set 1 to enter. Repeat again for the next number until all digits have been entered.
Finally press pre-set '1' followed by pre-set '3'.
The set will now operate.
