Having replaced the battery on my Focus, them found that there was no radio code in any of the original sales documentation. Ford wanted £20 to get the code, which considering they had not supplied in the first place is a cheek. Once I found the serial no. then went on line to ASW and typed in the no. got a reply within a few seconds. Went out to the car inserted the code and bingo. Excellent service and for a quarter of the price. Well done. Thanks

Was a bit dubious as to whether this was going to be a waste of time but thought 'it's much cheaper than going to a garage' so took the plunge...and so glad I did! Works in moments and was spot on.
