Audi Car Stereo Removal Help

To locate your serial number, your first step is removing your radio from the vehicle.

1. Simply insert the removal tools or equivalent into the two or four slots to in the corners of the Audi stereo as illustrated.
2. Most require you to push the tools away from the radio to release the clips
3. The radio should then easily slide out without you using too much force.

Once you have removed your car radio, Locate the serial number by inspecting the top or the right side of the radio.

When you have removed your radio, You will need to locate the serial number which is commonly found on a label to the right hand side of the unit

An example of serial numbers found on Audi Car Radios :

If you find however that you are unable to enter any digits into your radio, simply leave the radio powered up for 1 hour continuously to reset itself, the ignition will also be required.

If you spot any labels such as Repaired / Service / Warranty double check that labels such as Warranty Void if Removed are in-tact otherwise your code may not work..
