do not take the serial from a user guideNever take the serial number from any printed paperwork or user guides, since this may not match the actual Audi radio fitted to the car.  Instead, take the serial number from either a label or an engraving on the top or side of your Audi stereo, to ensure the supplied Audi radio code is accurate.

Using our Audi stereo decoding system, you are not only saving money, but also time and the hassle which is involved. Most vehicle main dealers require you to book in your vehicle and take the car and proof of ownership along before they apply for the radio code.

What our customers have to say...

Thank you VERY much. My car had to have its battery replaced at the last service, and despite making sure I had all the original paperwork which included the radio code, it just didn't work. It seems the previous owner to me had replaced his radio and not noted the new code. I travel from Fife to Glasgow for work on a regular basis, and the 2 hour journey with rush hour jams was becoming excruciating without and music to listen to -- or traffic reports to help me avoid the bad areas. Thanks once again for this valuable service. I now have music in my car! .

'My name is Charles, and I wanted to thank you for your personal attention (and answers to my extra questions), your support team are exceptional and made me feel like a real valued customer. Keep it up and thanks again!' Charles, Canada. Charles
