do not take the serial from a user guideNever take the serial number from any printed paperwork or user guides, since this may not match the actual Alpine radio fitted to the car.  Instead, take the serial number from either a label or an engraving on the top or side of your Alpine stereo, to ensure the supplied Alpine radio code is accurate.

Additional information about Alpine radio codes and decoding

Using our Alpine stereo code service, you will not only be saving yourself money, but also the additional time which can be involved in trying to get your code from a vehicle main dealer. Most main dealers will request that you first book in your car with them, along with having to take proof of ownership along before they apply for the Alpine code.
Under most circumastances the code they supply will be derived frome either the vehicle registration or the Chassis number. If the radio has been replaced at any stage in its lifetime, this will be the incorrect code.

There are a various reasons why a stereo code based on the vehicle chassis number or registration may not work, these include:

At Radio-Code, we provide radio codes based on the unique serial number of your unit.  Our stereo codes have proven to be more accurate because of this.

What our customers have to say...

Hi, thank you, perfect worked a treat. Regards. PAUL JOHNSON

Just want to say a huge THANKS for supplying the code. I've been without for more than two weeks as couldn't find the manual and then had to have radio removed to find serial number. Provided instantly as promised, and worked first time. Thank you.. Vanessa Cooper

Great service! Code received. As 'instant' as it says on the tin! Even more importantly - it works! Good value, even at the new price. The hints on how to enter the code also much appreciated, as no manual to hand. My 11-year old BMW is now restored to 'as original' condition with a proper BMW Radio/CD to replace the nasty after-market unit a previous owner had added. The guy who sold me the BMW/Blaupunkt unit reckoned it didn't need a code. I think he was confusing 'radio code' with the item being 'coded' (in BMW speak) to the vehicle, as some later BMWs have. I was sceptical, but went ahead with the purchase anyway. Without your system, the purchase would have been wasted, or a very expensive trip to the dealer (who would probably just pop round the back and quickly go online to your site anyway!). Thanks. Pleasure to be a customer with you. Real pleased I found your site. . Henry

Thanks Sam. I've been driving my car without a radio since October last year, when I bought it. Tapped in the code you sent this morning and it worked straight away. I'd recommend your site to anyone. First Class Service. Thanks Again. Christopher Huett

Hi there, thanks a million. It works fine.. Martin McGowan
