Instant Car Radio Code Guarantee (money back)

All of our radio codes are covered under a guarantee, The instant codes such as those listed below come with a 7 day money back guarantee if the code fails to operate your radio, or you can choose to bring your radio into our workshop for a decode at no additional charge.  If you wish to send in a radio under our instant code guarantee, there is an additional £6.50 to pay for return shipping.

The following selection of radio codes from our website are covered by our Instant Code Guarantee.  It is important to note, All codes supplied for these radios are 100% guaranteed original codes your car radio left the factory with, the only reason for a code to not work would be purely that it had previously been decoded, recoded, reprogrammed or repaired or that you supplied the wrong information.  To be eligible for our money back guarantee, we will require you to first confirm your radio's details so we can manually check the supplied code.

Premium Car Radio Code Guarantee (workshop re-code)

The premium codes such as those listed below are not eligble for our 7 day money back guarantee due to the codes being supplied directly from the radio manufacturer.  They do however come with our Workshop Decoding Guarantee, where you can bring in, or send of your radio for physical decoding at NO additional charges, we even cover the return postage fees.

If we provide a radio code for one of the above and it does not work, you are entitled to send it into us for reprogramming in our workshop. The radio must be sent into us at SWS Solutions, Northgate Place, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 8BB

Guarantee for Radios arriving by postal service.

We will not be held liable for any damage sustained to your car radio whilst in transit, It is your sole responsibility to ensure you package your radio in a suitable box with interior padding to prevent such damages.

All items are returned using Courier or Royal Mail Services, We will return your item in its original packaging so please ensure you package adequetly.
If a radio turns up in unsuitable packaging we may at our discretion return it immediatly without opening or inspection

Availability of Products

We will ship products that are in stock within 2-3 working days of receiving your order excluding public holidays.
If an item is not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you by email. At this point you may cancel the order if our delivery time is not suitable and receive a full refund. 

Product Returns

Products returned for a refund must be in original unopened packaging with no damage .

Items returned for a refund which have been opened, with any damage to internal packaging will be subject to a minimum handling charge of 15%. Items returned for a refund which have been tested, trialled, or used will be subject to a minimum handling charge of 20%. Any items returned with packing missing/damaged or any other contents, such as remote controls, manuals, cables and connections will also be charged to the customer. Any items returned to us later than 7 working days will be subject to a handling charge of 25%.

Faulty Goods

Any items returned as being faulty within 14 days from your original purchase date will be replaced and sent back to you the customer with no additional charges.Any items returned which, under inspection and/or testing are not faulty will be returned back to the customer with an applicable shipping charge equal to that at time of placing your original order.
