We ask that when doing so you package your radio appropriately in a small box with padding to protect any sensitive areas such as the front panel. Please do not send your radio in a padded envelope as the likely hood of it turning up on one piece is not a chance you should be willing to take.

Usual Workshop Decoding Time
Under most circumstances, your radio will be decoded within 1-3 working days, some units or circumstances may require additional time and we ask that you take this into consideration. When returning your radio, we always send via Royal Mail Recorded Deliver, so please bear in mind that a signature will be required to receive your radio back.
