We are able provide you with the original manufacturers security code required to activate your Nissan car radio after power loss.
Its fast and easy to obtain the radio code for your Nissan stereo, simply follow the 3 simple steps on the right.
Once you receive the code, you can use our Free Radio Code Entry Help section to assist you with entering the code.
Nissan car radios will normally contain a 14 digit serial number which can be found either printed on a label or engraved on the side of the unit.
These serials are only visible once the Nissan radio has been removed from the vehicle.
Examples of serials include:
Never take the serial number from any printed paperwork or user guides, since this may not match the actual Nissan radio fitted to the car. Instead, take the serial number from either a label or an engraving on the top or side of your Nissan stereo, to ensure the supplied Nissan radio code is accurate.
By using our online Nissan stereo decoding service, you not only save yourself money, but also time and the additional hassle involved.
Most vehicle main dealers will require you to book an appointment and take the car and paperwork (v5 logbook) into them before they apply for the radio code.
Once they do apply for the code, 9/10 times it will be based on your vehicle registration or VIN number of the car itself, which is fine if you have owned the car from new. However, receiving the stereo code days later only to find that it did not work is yet another inconvenience.
There are a number of reasons why a radio code based on the vehicle registration or vin number may not work, including:
At Radio-Code, we don't provide stereo codes based on the car, instead we provide the code based on the individual and unique serial number of the car radio, regardless of what it was fitted to originally. Our stereo codes have proven to be more accurate than main dealer's because of this.
Thanks for the excellent prompt service and help on the phone when I rang. A+ service. Had code within the hour.. Andy
I would like to thank you very much for successfully finding the radio code for my vehicle. Ford took the battery off when they serviced the vehicle. not having given me the code in the first place when the previous owner purchased the vehicle - from new - from Fords in Lincoln . They then had the cheek to say that they wanted 15.00 +VAT for finding my radio code. Many Thanks and will be recommending your site again.Regards. Steve Walker
Just wanted to say a quick thank you!My parents car unexpectedly needed a new battery which left them with the radio needing a code that they didn't have! So having driven 250 miles to visit me it was superb to be able to get their unlock code from your site before they left to drive home! Within moments it was all working again! So I thank you, as does my mum and I'm certain Dad does too!Brilliant. Marcus Hann
Just to say thanks for a very fast response. Radio now back working.. Mick George
I'm astounded! I removed my ford radio last year to use a different one and when I went to put it back to sell my car I realised I didn't have the code. Thought it would be a nightmare to get it off Ford who would charge me a fortune. I did a quick search on the net and your company came up. I was a bit dubious, but put serial number in and bought the code. It worked immediately! Very impressed, thank you. Only took me two minutes. I'll recommend you to others.. Karl.
