Sending in your radio under Guarantee
If you need to send your radio in under our workshop guarantee, first ensure it is securely packaged, with the front panel protected against possible dropping of the box (worst case scenario by couriers or postal service)
Please do not post radios in a bubble wrapped envelope / jiffy bag as these do not provide adequate protection
Since we are unable to test radios on first arrival (due to missing security codes) we will not be held liable for any problems relating to the unit other than failure of the provided security codes.
