Please note, if you need help entering your code, we have an extensive database of code entry instructions available by clicking Code Entry Help
The most common question being 'how do I enter a number higher than 6 however, you will soon realise this is indeed possible by following our online guides.
If your code failed to work, before contacting us please verify the serial number you provided and have this to hand so we can check your order, it is highly recommended that the serial is taken directly from the radio. A common issue arises when details are used from paperwork which later turn out to not actually match the radio.
If you need to send your radio in under our workshop guarantee, first ensure it is securely packaged, with the front panel protected against possible dropping of the box (worst case scenario by couriers or postal service)
Please do not post radios in a bubble wrapped envelope / jiffy bag as these do not provide adequate protection. We can not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your unit due to your packaging choices.
Since we are unable to test radios on arrival (due to missing security codes) we will not be held liable for any problems relating to the unit other than failure of the provided security codes. If there are apparent issues, we may contact you before starting any work on the radio.
