Lost Free recovery of your previous ordered code If you have lost a code previously ordered from our website, we offer a FREE retrieval service.
If you have recently ordered and NOT received a code due to payment gateway errors or a browser crash, please allow upto 24 hours for it to be added to our retrieval database, altough you should receive it by email long before
To View your previously ordered code all we require is the radio serial number and the email address used at the time of ordering., you will then be shown the code we supplied to you when you originally placed your order.
Your email address MUST match the one used when purchasing your code and the serial is required for validation.

Please note, this is a free service and only available if you have ordered your radio code from SWS Car Audio Accessories since Jan 2007. The system caters for Instant Codes mostly, however some Premium Codes also available. We may be able to retrieve them over the phone using your email address or serial number, however may only be able to re-supply free of charge for a 12 month period.
